We come fully equipped with our cleaning supplies and tools. However, if you have any specific preferences, feel free to let us know.
Rescheduling your appointment is free up until 24 hours prior to scheduled service. If you must reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible to avoid up to 50% rescheduling fee.
Billing, property information, and payment methods can all be updated within seconds by calling or texting 702-902-9630.
You may also call us to update your information.
We use email and text confirmations to remind you of your scheduled service date and time with us. Please check your email address for confirmation and reminders from “Haven Luxe".
If you have not received an email confirmation within 15 minutes of creating your booking, please contact us to confirm.
